Dr. Evdoxia Kyriakou is the Director of the HRM and Organizational Behavior program and Lecturer (tenure-track) in Human Resource Management and Marketing at CIIM Business School, University of Limassol, Cyprus. Her research focuses on internal marketing, employee experience, and organizational brand credibility.
